Our mother's day celebration went totally great! Monday evening, after daddy dearest came home from work we went out of town to "Logan's Roadhouse" for dinner. Man! the food was delectably divine. I had "grilled salmon with rice pilaf and sauteed mushrooms". My dear Dale ordered himself a "meatloaf". Jann had "steak" and our Josef had picked "shrimp popcorn" for himself. Peanuts are flowing everywhere. No eatery could beat "Logan's savory peanuts", that's for sure! My better-half wanted to drop by "Video Warehouse" on our way home to get some movies to watch but I told him it's getting late and the kids had to be in school the next morning. Fortunately for them, school is almost over and homeworks are gone. Jann had a spelling test for Friday but she already masterized all the words a week in advance so I have nothing to worry when Friday comes. She made 105% on the test yesterday. She's another "good speller" just like her bro. She always spelled the "bonus" word correctly and get the "extra points".

Thursday was "Iron Man" day hahaha. We meant to see the movie last weekend but when we got to the theater, the next show will be at 10pm which is quite late for someone who needs to be at the job site the following morning. We all went home and moved the day for Thursday. Boy, the movie was awesome! It's no wonder it rakes millions the 1st week of its show. We headed to the mall after the movie. Josef wants an Auburn cap to wear at the "stage play" that his class will presenting next week. My son will play the character of "James", a boy wearing an spectacles. I'm just glad "Hat Shack" carries all sorts of Auburn caps. My picky son had his good time picking through their selections. And then yesterday, after we're thru grocery shopping my dear dearest took us to one of our fav family eatery again. He planned to take us to the fair which is in town, right after, but all of us got exhausted from the trip. He may try tomorrow after work but if he gets extremely tired, we might can do it Monday.
