The "man of the house" worked yesterday and so we never get the chance to take him somewhere to celebrate. His "Father's Day" gifts were given to him as soon as he walked through the back door. Our baby girl, Jann, was on the look out and can't wait for him to pull in our driveway. When she spotted his truck coming she hollered......."he's here!, he's here!" to her bro. Both of them hastily pulled the father's day cards out from its hiding place and with those cards in hands, they hid behind the bar and surprised their dad with a thundering "Happy Father's Day To The World's # 1 Dad". Dale's eyes were teary, I could tell. He was touched deeply by how his kids appreciate him as their daddy. It was a memorable moment! Jann doesn't always feel "openhanded" when it comes to her dad, so I asked her if I could kiss dad first hahaha just to avoid misunderstanding. Who would want to ruin the big day, anyway? When she said yes, all of us laughs hahaha. See, I told you my family tree is full of nuts.

We went to church as our routine on a Sunday morning. Got out of bed earlier than usual b/c Josef was a "greeter". We need to be there before everybody does in order for him to hand Sunday bulletin to every parishioner who step to the door. Shopped for some groceries after church. Well, you know the drill. When you think you got everything when you are grocery shopping, more often than not, you'll forget something. Went straight to "Video Warehouse" for Josef's game after the store and then headed to the house. That's about our Sunday. I hope you all have a wonderful week and thanks a bunch for reading !!!

 

Ohhh, those colognes are very expensive. I can tell you treat your dear hubby real good on his special day. You are spoiled and he is too.

My belated happy daddy's day to your husband Jeth. Your kids had a strong bond with their dad. About being openhanded, usually baby girls are possessive of the the daddy than boys. By the way all the stuff he got are good kind. Thanks for sharing and have a great day.

Father's day at your end seemed to be fun filled with lots of great goodies. I think your hubby really deserved each of the present .

Your dear hubby must have a great taste about colognes. Jeth, the two big items could put a hole in your pocket also cuz *pressure washers & compressors" aren't cheap. Well, the world's # 1 dad deserved the world's best gifts. All his presents are special cuz they're came from 3 special persons in his life and was given with much affection and love. I swear, he deserved every bit of it.

Dear Jeth, what nice gifts you all got your hubby! I like the cologne you got him and I know they smell really good but you know what? I get a headache with any type of cologne! So my hubby dont wear cologne and I dont wear perfume. I know that sounds weird but its all the fault of my olfactory nerves. So I'm hoping you are enjoying summer with your kids. My girls have been at grandma's all week because I've been so busy. Oh by the way, you are so good at knowing how to buy for your hubby- tools and powerwash?! I would never even know how to start shopping for that kind of stuff. The cologne its okay because I know those type of brand names...but tools...I don't know a thing. Anyway...very nice gifts my dear and I'm glad you guys had a wonderful day together..have a happy and fun weekend....oh and Jeth, thank you for your advice on strictness with kids and giving me your insight on how you grew up and how your Mom was to you..it really helps me to put things in perspective. I want to be firm but not so constricting that they can't breathe. But its scary to me and I just need to learn..so thanks for your advice. Truly, it helps me see things with an open eye..
